Prof. Dr. Berna Aslan has completed her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in the field of Curriculum and Instruction. She is currently a faculty member in the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Ankara University. She also serves as the Coordinator of Educational Programs and the Head of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Ankara University.
She has extensive experience in teacher education at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as experience in various international projects related to teacher education. She is currently working as the national coordinator of TAPPEO (https://tappeo.eu/), an international Erasmus+ Teacher Academy project supported by the European Commission. Within this project, she coordinates curriculum development processes in the design of teacher education modules.
She has contributed to numerous national and international studies, particularly in the fields of teacher education, comparative education, and curriculum and instruction.
