Dr. Murat Çınar received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Hacettepe University. He completed his master’s studies in Instructional Technology at Syracuse University and earned his Ph.D. in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education from Ankara University. He began his professional career as a mathematics teacher and later worked in the fields of instructional design and e-learning at Virginia Tech and Norfolk State University. After returning to Turkey, he contributed to the development of distance education programs at Ankara University. He is currently serving as a lecturer at the Faculty of Open and Distance Education at Ankara University. His main research interests include educational technologies, new media literacy, digitalization in education and social sciences, and distance learning.
