Özet
This study investigates the electrochemical sensing capabilities of a palladium-doped graphene (PdGR) nanocomposite for the direct detection of acetic acid (AcOH). The Pd-GR was drop-casted onto a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE). The electrochemical behaviour was analysed using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The sensor demonstrated high sensitivity and a low limit of quantification. These results indicate that the proposed sensor is a promising candidate for AcOH detection and for on-site analysis in food safety and related applications.
