Abstract

Since 2000's, Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has been in a period of radical change through the expectations of EU members and effects of international/exogenous factors. Since 2007 re-designing of CAP paved the way to "new CAP" for 28 member EU in the direction of Europe 2020 Strategy. Especially with the rearrangement of CAP tools after 2013, the goal has been a more effective and simple CAP. The aim of this study is to deliver the tendencies of CAP after 2013. Regarding this, the global equilibrium and Union's benefits will be examined to assess to what extend the needs and expectations of the EU citizens have been taken into account. Moreover, CAP's future scenarios and diversion tendencies will be debated on the way to Europe 2020.
