Abstract

Plants growing close to emission sources and in the direction of the prominent SE wind, showed negative effects. Signs of SO2 toxicity and burning were reported to be most conspicuous in June and July. Fe, Cu and F were found in large amounts at a distance of 3-6 km in surface soil. -from English summary
