This paper examines the recent strides in biosensor technologies aimed at revolutionizing the early detection of oral cancer. Early diagnosis is pivotal in enhancing treatment efficacy and patient survival rates. This review provides an in-depth analysis of diverse biosensing methodologies, encompassing electrochemical, optical, and mass-based approaches. Incorporating nanomaterials and biomarkers are explored for heightened sensitivity and specificity in oral cancer detection.
