U-Net’in deterministik GPU ileri geçiş süresi 36,22 ms olarak ölçülmüştür.
In this study, Otsu thresholding, Watershed, Random Forest, a baseline U-Net, a U-Net configuration incorporating data augmentation and a combination of Dice loss and Focal Loss (referred to as ColoFUSE-Net), and Attention U-Net were compared using the Kvasir-SEG dataset. ColoFUSE-Net does not propose a new architectural block or layer; rather, it represents a U-Net training configuration optimized through the use of data augmentation, Dice loss, and Focal Loss. Performance was evaluated on a held-out test set consisting of 150 images. The baseline U-Net outperformed classical methods, achieving a Dice score of 0.812±0.005 and an IoU (Intersection over Union) of 0.727±0.005, while ColoFUSE-Net and Attention U-Net achieved Dice scores of 0.811±0.004 and 0.808±0.008, respectively. Variations across five random initializations remained limited, and a paired bootstrap analysis confirmed that the confidence intervals for these differences included zero. In an ablation study—repeated across five random seeds for an equal number of epochs—data augmentation improved the Dice score by an average of 0.042. The deterministic GPU forward-pass time for the U-Net was measured at 36.22 ms. These findings indicate that U-Net-based methods are effective and that, among the training modifications examined, data augmentation yields the most significant performance gain.
