Özet
Public administration has a multifaceted relationship with artificial intelligence. The public administration is both the end user and developer of artificial intelligence technologies and the regulator and controller of artificial intelligence policies. This multifaceted relationship is also reflected in studies on artificial intelligence in public administration, and there has been a significant increase in this field in recent years. In fact, this study focuses on exactly this point. According to this, a general portrait of the studies on artificial intelligence in public administration is drawn, and a detailed analysis based on this is presented in the study. At this point, the study provides guidance to academics and researchers who will work in this field, but it also opens the door to new studies by revealing the deficiencies and gaps in this field.
