Abstract

C & Idot;SEM2024, organized by Ankara University's Faculty of Communications (& Idot;LEF) on the theme of "Self-Reflexive Perspectives in Communications Research," was held at & Idot;LEF from November 27 to 29, 2024. In preparation for its sixtieth anniversary, & Idot;LEF brought together 62 researchers from 29 universities, along with numerous other participants, aiming to make a broad contribution to communications research through the theme of self-reflexivity. This commentary provides an assessment of C & Idot;SEM2024 and the papers presented at the symposium.
