Özet

A case of dermoid cyst located in the parahypophyseal region and in contact with the subarachnoid space is presented. The cyst cavity was operated on, with a preoperative diagnosis of arachnoid cyst. The bilateral optic atrophy and deafness were attributed to chronic aseptic meningitis due to reaction to cyst materials.
