Different blood parameters (hematocrit, leukocrit, number of erythrocytes, total leukocytes and trombocytes, total plasma protein, albumin and plasma Na+, K+, Ca++, and P) were investigated in Pseudomonas fluorescense infected and non-infected carp. Results showed a significant decrease of hematocrit, erythrocyte number, total plasma protein albumin and plasma Na+, K+, Ca++ and P values in infected fish and a significant increase in leukocrit and total leukocyte number, Trombocyte number remained unchanged following infection, These results corroborate those obtained in other fish species and could be used for estimation of disease gravity.
