In the case, it was described the generalized pasteurellosis in a 4, 5-year-old female rabbit as pathomorphological and microbiological. Macroscopically, a mass which was 6×4×3 cm in diameter, fluctuant and pus like white color and crema leaking from the cross-section, was attended in right side of neck. On lungs especially in apical lobes, hepatized areas and at the liver, white colored spots was taken into attention. The mass encountered in the neck was subcutaneous abscess. In addition, acute catarrhal bronchopneumonia on the lungs, focal pleuritis, multifocal necrotic hepatitis at the liver and focal acute encephalitis at the brain were encountered. Bacterial isolation from samples were done by using conventional microbiologic methods. Isolates were identified as P.multocida according to phenotypic features. Also, molecular confirmation of isolates were carried out by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) which was spesific to plpE gene of P.multocida.
