Background & objectives: Contrast media may cause contrast-induced nephropathy (GIN) in risk group. This study was taken up to establish possible effects of non ionic low osmolar contrast medium administration on oxidant/antioxidant status and nitric oxide (NO) levels in rat kidney tissues.
