Özet

We evaluated the efficacy and safety of high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone (1 g x 3 days) pulse therapy followed in the management of acute posterior segment uveitis attacks in 25 patients with Beh et's disease. High-dose intravenous methylprednisolone pulse therapy may be beneficial in the prompt control of severe ocular inflarnmation and in preventing visual loss.
