Özet

In this study, a new series of 2-[4′-[1-Azolyl]methyl]phenyl]-4H- benzopyran-4-on(A1-A3,A8) and 2-[3′-[1-Azolyl]methyl]phenyl]-4H- benzopyran-4-on (A4-A7) were synthesized by the reaction of 3′- and 4′-bromomethylflavone with azoles in strong alkaline conditions and some physico-chemical properties are described. The chemical structures of all synthesized compounds have been elucidated by IR, 1H-NMR, mass spectra. Antifungal and antibacterial activities of the compounds were compared with Miconazole and Ampicilline trihydrate.
