Özet
Online examination systems are widely used in modern education, yet centralized platforms often suffer from security and transparency limitations such as manipulation of exam records, unfair grading, and lack of verifiable appeal mechanisms. In this paper, we propose a permissioned blockchain-based online examination framework that ensures secure and transparent management of the examination lifecycle. The proposed framework models adversarial behaviors of different participants and enforces examination commitments through cryptographic mechanisms and blockchain-based accountability. It also enables secure assessment distribution, verifiable submission handling, and transparent appeal procedures while preventing unauthorized modification of examination records. To demonstrate practicality, we implement the system as a decentralized application deployed on a permissioned blockchain network and evaluate its performance through experimental analysis.
