Özet

Polarizabilities of shallow donors in finite-barrier GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs quantum wells are calculated with use of the Hasse variational method within the effective-mass approximation. The magnetic field dependence of polarizabilities is also studied. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
