Özet

Silopi asphaltite was pyrolyzed in semi-batch reactor. The effect of heating rate, temperature, vacuum and pyrolysis time on yields of liquid, gas and solid residue was investigated. In the experiments of heating rate effect, a product distribution between C9-C30 hydrocarbon numbers was obtained in liquid products. No significant effect of heating rate on the yields of liquid, gas and solid residue was observed. In the temperature effect experiments, along with the increase of temperature, while there was a remarkable decrease in saturated hydrocarbons, there was an increase in unsaturated hydrocarbons. In the vacuum effect experiments, while between C9 -C30 hydrocarbon numbered liquid product was obtained at 450 mmHg, between C9-C33 hydrocarbon numbered liquid product was obtained at 650 mmHg. Up to 60 min of the pyrolysis time an increase was observed in both gas and liquid products in the pyrolysis time effect experiments. After 60 min of the pyrolysis time this increase was almost insignificant. The total product yield was also increased with the pyrolysis time. Along with the prolongation of pyrolysis time, the solid residue was diminished in the reactor. In liquid products, an increase of the small hydrocarbon numbered products was observed with the prolongation of the pyrolysis time.
