Özet

A rare isolated cerebral varix of a superficial convexity cortical vein was described. On conventional magnetic resonance images, the varix was initially interpreted as a meningioma but a subsequent 3D magnetic resonance venography revealed the varix and the associated venous anatomy clearly. © 2006 Mosby, Inc.
