Özet

This article examines Turkey's response to the Covid-19 pandemic, from the aspects of health infrastructure of the country, access to information and privacy. The following is provided in this article: the timeline of the pandemic including the administrative information; a relevant analysis of the health infrastructure of the country and some advantages of the infrastructure; and the right to access to information and the nature of privacy in a pandemic.
