Abstract
In this paper, it is aimed to represent the statistical information originating from heterogenous sensors in the best way possible and carry it to a common reference for association with an appropriate metric, then fuse the associated information in a synergic way. A software program has been developed to model the real life limitations and performance comparison of different association and fusion algorithms have been carried out. ©2004 IEEE.
