Abstract

While some imaging modalities are not successful at detecting Stage 0 MRONJ patients, some modalities such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), can detect early MRONJ lesions. Early diagnosed MRONJ lesions are relatively easier to maintain and treat; thus, early diagnosis plays huge role in treatment. In this review main imaging modalities which are used in dentistry were evaluated regarding MRONJ.
