Abstract

In present study, thermodynamic, hydrophobic and steric parameters of designed compounds were calculated to explain their physicochemical properties. These parameters comparing with their antioxidant activity, it has been determined if there is a relation between them. A statistics method, mostly regression analyzed method, was used in structure-activity relationships studies.
