Brucellosis is still an important public health problem throughout the world. Musculoskeletal involvement is the most common complication of brucellosis. Spinal brucellosis may mimic other diseases that affect the spine. Magnetic resonance imaging can differentiate brucellar spondylitis from other spinal infections, along with a good clinical background. A brucellar spondylitis is presented in this case. Positive history of the tuberculosis and existence of neisseria gonorhea in polymerase chain reaction study in the same patient is complicated the situtation because spinal involvements of these diseases mimic the brusellar spondylitis clinically and so the differential diagnosis is difficult.
