Özet
An Energy Management System (EMS) operating on a slow time scale computes energy-optimal setpoints for power split among gensets, battery and shore charging, while a Power Management System (PMS) operates on fast time scales to ensure stability and enforce constraints. The methodology is grounded in the EMS definition and EMS–PMS interface datasets specified in FLEXSHIP (OPS/shore charging, battery, genset, and propulsiondemand signals). The Atatürk configuration (3 MWh BESS; 750 kVA primary and 300 kVA backup genset) is used to frame setpoint generation and KPI-based evaluation.
