All rights reserved.In this study, metal concentrations (Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn) of 100 different honey samples, collected from 5 different districts of Ankara (Kalecik, Kazan, Kızılcahamam, Central county, Ayas), were investigated. Honey samples were collected in July and August 2015. These metals are important in terms of public health and are researched primarily in such studies. Analyses were performed with ICP-OES instrument. The instrument was calibrated using the main stock solution which contained Cd, Co, Cu, Fe and Mn elements. Specimen collection was carried out in July-August when honey harvesting was most intensive. Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, and Mn metal analyses were performed on all honey samples. In general, evaluation based on Cd and Co values, results were determined as
