All rights reserved.The main aim of this study is the determination of the location of the bridge foot foundations before the construction of pedestrian underpass between campus areas on either side of the bridge.The DCR method data was carried our under Fatih Bridge in Ankara.The study area is located in the northern part of the city center.The DCR data were collected at nine parallel profiles.The seven profiles were on the asphalt road and the measuring points were prepared by drilling on the asphalt.The collected data inverted using 3D inversion algorithm and the 3D subsurface geo-electrical model was obtained. Th bridge foot foundations and relatively weak zones which these foots were placed were clearly seen in the 3D model. Also, geological conditions were determined and the suitable zone was offered to construction of the underpass.
