Özet

The differentiation at the scientific development level in the Eastern and Western World is somewhat parallel to the development of the madrasa and the university. The emergence of and their influences, which played important roles in the development of scientific taught and the civilization of societies in a way, had been decisive in the formation of their future status. The aim of this research is to shed light on the cross-cultural influences of basic educational institutions of two different cultures by taking into consideration their all similarities. These influences are extremely important in pinpointing the strategy which will be followed in the scientific development.
