Abstract

Acute and chronic renal failures are very common after allogeneic HSCT These complications hove a real impact on mortality and morbidity of transplant recipients. Within the framework of the ninth workshops of practice harmonization of the Francophone Society of Bone Morrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) held in Lille in September 2018, various causes and mechanisms of renal failure, diagnostic work-up, treatment and recommendations to limit renal failure after transplantation ore reviewed. Recommendations to adjust medications to ovoid renal failure ore also proposed in this article.
