Intrapulmonary sclerosing hemangioma is an uncommon tumor of the lung. 31 years old male patient whose chest computed tomography identified a solitary pulmonary nodule in the right lung was admitted to Department of Thoracic Surgery, Akay Hospital, Ankara in February 2010. Right posterolateral muscle sparing thoracotomy with wedge resection of the nodule was performed. After frozen section examination sclerosing hemangioma was determinated and operation terminated. Diagnosis supported by immunohistochemical examination. Fifteen months after surgery, he was found to be healthy without any sign of recurrence.
