Visa requirement is one of the legal conditions of the entry to Turkey,for foreigners. The Law numbered 6458 of Foreigners and InternationalProtection which is recently adopted and will soon enter into force, containsnumerous provisions related to the entry of foreigners to Turkey and visarequirement. These provisions will define the main legal framework of thevisa requirement for foreigners. In this study, the visa requirement forforeigners and the related matters are examined according the provisions ofthe Law numbered 6458 of Foreigners and International Protection and it isaimed to explain systematically the new legal order to be formed.
Vize alma zorunluluğu, yabancılar için Türkiyeye girişin şartlarındanbirisidir. Yeni yasalaşmış olan ve yakın zamanda yürürlüğe girecek olan6458 sayılı Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu, yabancılarınTürkiyeye girişleri ve bu kapsamda vize alma zorunluluğuna ilişkin önemlisayıda hükümler içermektedir. Kanunun getirdiği hükümler, yabancılarınvize alma zorunluluğuna ilişkin temel yasal çerçeveyi oluşturacaktır.Çalışmada, 6458 sayılı Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu ilegetirilen hükümler çerçevesinde, yabancıların vize alma zorunluluğu vebununla bağlantılı hususlar incelenmekte, oluşacak yeni yasal düzensistematik olarak açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır.
