Özet

The elderly small cell lung cancer patients' benefit from treatment is similar to younger patients, but experience more treatment-related adverse effects. These patients of good performance status must be treated as standart treatments. Therapy may be modified fort he unfavorable groups. Clinical trials for older patients are needed, for treatment decisions.
