Özet

Background: The increased tendency to thromboembolism in cancer patient has been recognized for a long time. However, arterial thromboembolism and thrombosis of the pulmonary artery have rarely been reported. Pulmonary thromboembolism is usually a complication of peripheral venous thrombosis.
