Özet

 Digitalization and e-archive processes require systematic approaches and applications in institutions. Digitalization includes processes that begin with the specification of changes in the institution and the determination, sorting and classification of the archive, and continue with the works of identification of metadata, storage, access control, protection, and sustainability. In this context, it requires the development of storage plans for digitalized archival records, e-filing, indexing etc. and the establishment of an e-archive system management model that can be integrated with the current electronic records management systems (ERMS). Within this framework, the works required to be carried out in digitalization and e-archiving processes in the universities and the ways and methods to be followed shall be discussed in this paper.
