The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of Beşköprü Village Irrigation Cooperative in Ankara Polatlı District in terms of water use efficiency, agricultural efficiency, and economic efficiency. Beşköprü Village Irrigation Cooperative was selected for performance evaluation. In the study carried out, the irrigation water distributed in the project area was found to be 660,000 m3 and the annual irrigation water amount distributed to the irrigation area was found to be 942.86 m3/ha. The annual amount of irrigation water distributed to the unit irrigated area was determined as 1885.71 m3/ha, the annual water supply rate was determined as 0.15, and the return rate of the investment as 103%. As a result of the economic evaluation, the ratio of maintenance cost to income was calculated as 14.9%, and the total operating, maintenance and management costs per unit area were calculated as 928.57 TL/ha (97.33 $/ha). Water fee collection performance in the field is 100%. The total agricultural production value in the area is 7,512,250 TL (787,447.59 $), the income obtained for the unit irrigation area is 10,731.78 TL/ha (1124.92 $/ha), the income obtained for the irrigated unit area is 21,463.57 TL/ha (2249.85 $/ha). The income obtained for the unit irrigation water taken into the network was determined as 11.38 TL/m3 (1.19 $/m3), and the income obtained for the consumed unit irrigation water was determined as 2.33 TL/m3 (0.24 $/m3).
