Long term side effects of ovulation induction agents have been debate in recent years. Especially relationship between cancer and these agents has been a matter of interest lately. In this case report a patient who was diagnosed to have borderline ovarian cancer, after long term ovulation induction therapy resulting with pregnancy, is mentioned about and carcinogenic effect of agents used previously is discussed according to the literatures. Although it is controversy that ovulation induction agents may have a causative affect on ovarian cancer, i accurate approach should be done to adnexial masses in pregnancies especially gained after IVF-ET and it must be kept in mind that ovulation induction history may be important in the patients with adnexial masses.
