A 55 years old female patient was admitted to our clinic with a 2 years history of right hypochondrium and left shoulder pain. Ultrasonography and CT scan examinations showed a solitary mass in the left lobe of the liver and left kidney. Initially, a renal tumor metastasising to liver was considered. Preoprative percutaneous fine needle aspiration biopsy with ultrasonography from liver and kidney documented a hemangioma and oncocytoma, respectively. These findings were confirmed postoperatively. This is the first case repart of the association of oncocytoma and hepatic hemangioma. These case clearly documented that fine needle aspiration biopsy in experienced hands is a useful tool and time saving procedure for the prompt diagnosis of renal and hepatic masses.
