The opinions of the school administrators who will manage the process are important for the efficient implementation of the budgetary applications based on the school. In this research, it is aimed to examine opinions of school administrators about school based budget applications. In the research, which was designed with survey model, 273 school administrators were included in the study group through a data collection tool which is developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, it was concluded that there are not enough school-based budget implementations in schools yet. Schools budgets are not sufficient and also there are not enough indicators in determining the budgets. It is defined that budget of the schools should be determined by number of students, physical structure, requirements, number of classrooms, regional and climatic geography, socio-economic status of the environment. Especially, the budget of the school should be provided by the state resources. It can be recommended that the school-based budget implementations should be expanded and the budget indicators based on the equality school should be determined with the opinions of the school members (school administrator, teacher, student, school officials, parents).
