Özet

Development and change of information and communication technology has helped to vary information resources, differ the context of information services and emerge different kinds of knowledge acquisition and learning environment. Likewise, perceptions of teaching and learning have also been affected by these developments and changes. It has become significant to develop individuals who can understand, interpret and use the information; create new information; think critically; question; have problem-solving skills, and be creative and innovative. Today, in addition to the traditional knowledge acquisition and learning environment, individuals need to recognize this new environment, access the information there and know how to learn. In this study, information and communication technology, knowledge acquisition and learning environment are promoted and explained based on related literature.
