Özet
VBM is a philosophy that supports leaders to create a
meaningful environment and help the personnel find meaning in their work. Thus,
the stakeholders (customers, owners, managers, employees, suppliers and
society) feel more connected to be part of the organization.
VBM is an approach to management that aligns an
organization's overall aspirations, analytical techniques and management
processes to focus management decision making on the key drivers of value. The
focus of VBM is on corporate cultural change.
