Özet

The aim of this study was to determine slime production and the adherence of coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS) strains isolated from cows' milk with mastitis and chickens which have pathological disorders. For this purpose, 60 CNS strains isolated from cows' milk with mastitis and 60 from chickens suffering from skin and joint diseases were examined. In addition, 20 strains isolated from healthy cows and healthy chickens were used as control groups.
