Introduction: The purpose of this research is to compare general cognitive functions, memory, depression level and daily living activities which are sensitive tests and/or scales on patients with ATD, depression, patients under physical therapy and rehabilitation (PMR) and healthy elderly participants. Materials and Method: The data have been collected from totally 160 elderly adults, 110 patients (52 ATD, 21 Depression, 37 PMR) and 50 healthy elderly adults. In this study Standardized Mini Mental State Exam (SMMSE), Enhanced Cued Recall Test (ECRT), Geriartic Depression Scale (GDÖ) and Functional Activities Questionnaire (FAQ) has been applied in elderley groups. Results: Impact on test and/or scale scores of groups of variables (ATD, Depression, PMR, and Control Group) was examined by one-way MANCOVA (Multi-Variate Analysis of Co-Variance) (age is a control variable). According to MANCOVA results, the main effect of group variable is significant on SMMSE, ECRT, GDS and FAQ scores. Conclusion: The results show that, SMMSE, ECRT, GDS and FAQ have differentiated ATD, PMR, depression and control groups successfully.
