Abstract
Temperature dependence of thermodynamic magnetic field for superconducting magnesium diboride MgB2 is studied in the vicinity of T-c using the two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory. The results are in good agreement with calculations from experimental data. In addition, the two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory gives a smaller specific heat jump than a single-band Ginzburg-Landau theory and nonlinear temperature dependence below T-c.
