Özet

The title compound, C20H25NO2S, is under investigation for potential retinoid-receptor activity. The molecular conformation is approximately planar, with five methyl groups projecting from the mean plane. Twofold disorder of the methylene groups of the tetrahydrotetramethyl residue was detected and satisfactorily modelled.
