Abstract: Building upon the structural foundations established in Beyond Matter I (HCSA), this study transitions from a static model to a dynamic, Deterministic Cosmic Operating System. We present numerical proofs that resolve the fundamental bottlenecks of modern physics—Dark Matter, Dark Energy, and Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) anomalies—by redefining them as consequences of Informational Pressure within an 11-layered hierarchical framework (10⁶⁶).

By utilizing the "Ultimate Symmetry" (121/11=11) and the 10⁶ Hierarchical Scaling Coefficient (HSC), we construct the rigorous bridge between mass, energy, and information (I = m•10⁶⁶), replacing the probabilistic ambiguity of current material-centric models with a deterministic operational protocol.
