Özet

Abstract

The percentage of crop residue cover is determined by using various methods such as photo

comparison, line transect, point intercept, meter stick, calculation, image processing technique. In this

research, it is aimed to compare the classical line transect method (KHY1) with the line transect method

(KHY2) modified. Measurements were made in three different parcels (A, B, C). The crop residue covers

of A, B and C parcels were . 30%, 30-60% and . 60%, respectively. As a result of the research, it was

found that the differences between the results obtained from Method KHY1 and Method KHY2 in A and

B parcels were statistically insignificant (p>0.05) but the differences were statistically significant

(p<0.01) in C parcel.
