We integrated spatial transcriptomics data from two tonsil slides (1AU and 2AU) using Field
of View (FOV) alignment and deep learning–based spatial registration. A subset of 25,000
cells was annotated with SingleR using the HCATonsilData reference, enabling high-
resolution mapping of cell types across sections. Comparing single-slide and integrated data
revealed improved resolution and more robust cell-type identification within the tonsil
microenvironment.
