Abstract
Objective: In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the drug use situation in Turkey in the light of current data on some statistical indicators. Result and Discussion: It is observed that the number of people addicted to drugs is constantly increasing in Turkey. In this context, Turkey mobilizes all its resources and fights against drugs with all its institutions, especially the Police Department. However, the negative situation in the statistical indicators within the scope of the fight against drugs reveals that Turkey should take more deterrent measures in this regard. All relevant stakeholders should be mobilized for an effective fight against drugs.
