Özet

In this study, ethyl {5-[(2-(4-chlorobenzylsulphanyl)-4-chlorothiazole-5- yl)methylene]-2,4-dioxo-thiazolidine-3-yl}acetate compound was synthesized and its structure has been elucidated by IR, 1H-NMR, mass spectra and elementary analysis. The synthesized compound was tested for its ability to inhibit rat kidney AR by an in-vitro spectrophotometric assay. Synthesized compound showed inhibitory activity, 6.51±0.97%.
