Özet

This paper presents a general design procedure for microstrip-like interconnect lines with or without ground plane apertures. For this purpose, we first revisit the empirical closed-form characteristic impedance expression, which considers the effect of the ground plane aperture. After the definition of an appropriate objective function, we apply the Particle Swarm Optimization method in order to calculate the optimized parameters of microstrip-like interconnect lines in the synthesis problem
